I think you are confusing Paul’s improvised Polaroid with the actual prop. The picture in the miniseries was not a picture of anything.

I wonder if there is a link between the unexposed polaroid and the other 10 polaroids from the vault? Was Eddie in the wrong place at the wrong time or was there something going on to lead up to the event that Eddie was doing some sort of investigating work????????????????????????????????

I think Eddie was up to something. Also, I think he was some sort of theoretical physicist. I am pretty sure that one of the objects was a slide rule, though we have no definite confirmation.
