Obviously not every door is in the same plane, so there inevitably is some effect similar to what you are describing. Maybe there is a threshold for how differently doors can be oriented with gravity. Maybe a door inclined at 2 degrees would open but a door inclined at 3 degrees or more would not. If the doors are normal position gravity works normal, but what if the dors were laying down? First image, normal position of doors. Second image, doors are laying down, gravit is directed same way as outside of the room. Third image, doors are laying down, gravity in room is directed perpendicularly to gravity outside of the room. What do Yoy think, what would happend to gravity while doors are laying?
