The Current State of Knowledge Regarding the states of the Objects directly prior to "The Event"

OK because my computer has crashed twice while writing this, it's either because I am on the right track or my photo skills surpass my computers power. But on that note I am going to post this and edit it and edit it so I have a Backup of my work every 5 min's or so. So bear with me while I type this. (And check back after I am done, but however tell me what you think so far, and go ahead and point out any mistakes) (EDIT: I am at work so my work on this article will be slow, and I had a crazy idea to make this a PDF Document after I am done ha-ha.)

(I HAVE A HUGE DESCOVERY AND WILL POST THIS IN A LITTLE WHILE!!!! HUGE!!!!!!!! (added in the last bit of this post) has not been confimed by chris yet)

The Current State of Knowledge Regarding the states of the Objects directly prior to "The Event"
An Event Theory By: Ghinius Sahalin

Foreword;
I have been gathering many forms of evidence as I can from many sources to form this book. And while gathering these forums of evidence i have come across some startling discoverys about the event and how it must have come to be. I have always tried my best to keep a skeptical eye out for these evidances and what onses can be trusted. And i will only show you those evidances that i have found to be consistant from source to source.

That being said i should intoduce myself. I am Ghinius Sahalin (Gin-Ni-us Sa-ha-lin), I am not a well known man in the world of the objects. I use to be a scientist at a well known research firm that was investigating alternitve power sorces, and i was leading the research on a top secret power generator. Unfortunantly i can not daivolge any information on it, but the only thing i can say is that through this work i found my way to learning about "The Objects". At first i only knew about the one we had in our research facility, but then i learned there was more with greater abilities. I was driven to find out about these objects and spent to much of my time seeking after these objects. Luckly that was not enough for the company to fire me however i published a new theoredical paper that was very contrivetial that was based off these object i have come to know. Sadly however this paper quickly striped me of my reputaion and got me fired from my position.

I tried becoming a independant researcher however i could not get any funding regaurdless of the credibility of my claims. So i pulled on my savings and sold most of my property to survive and to continue my research on these object. And it has been my life mision now to reclaim my credibility and to make these claims known.

That all being said i hope you enjoy this book and opens your eyes to the evidance i have found.

Chapter I - Ordinary Things With Extraordinary Properties;

"The Event", it created the object that defies known science in what they can do. Many of us have speculated on what is this "Event", and many of us have our own theories. There are so many point of interest on this "Event". Who is responsible, what caused this, Why did this happen. I would like to present the facts as I have them and then add in what this could mean for us all.

The first question that comes up is what is this "Event"? The simplest answer is that it was an Event that ocured in room 10 in a little small motel out side of Galop New mexico. And it was this event that hypethedically gave these randomly associated powers to these ordinary objects. Most people say all we know about "The Event" is "that 'The Event', whatever it may be, happened on May the fourth, 1961, at 1:20 PM." However I would say we know more now after careful research then maybe even "The Collectors" knew back in their day. And this evidence is what I would like to present here in this book. Since we can only speculate about “The Event” on actual specifics, the only evidance we can look at is what can be observed before and after this event. And through this evidance arrive at a conclusion form that evidance. Let us start with the evidence i have gathered from before “The Event”. The first bits of evidence we have are pictures of how “The Room” was before this “Event”. Let’s look at the first picture i have acumulated that captured my attention.

Image

Now pay special attention to the way all of these objects are placed in this scene. We must break this down how a detective would on a crime scene, since we can not call upon any witnesses. We are going to focus on the desk here and the objects on it. Let us take “The Watch” as out first example, and break down its position, posture, intent.

Image

We know first that this is a wrist watch, yet it is sitting on the table, this can mean several things. First it means that the owner of the watch was not going to be leaving any time soon; a normal person would bring it with them if they where leaving to go anywhere. Secondly it is sitting next to "The Key" and "The Magazine" so that would point to the fact that the person would be reading a magazine for a prolonged amount of time. Next let us look at the magazine because it is next to the watch and is probably the reason for the watch sitting next to it.

Image

We can observe that the magazine is open and folded back only displaying one page, and that a magnifying glass is sitting on top of it. Let us break this scene down, we will start with the posture of the magazine. First we can conclude normally a magazine is folded in this way when a person holds it with only one hand. And since the magnifying glass is on top of it we can conclude that the person was mostlikly holding one object in each hand. And since they are sitting togeather The person was mostlikly doing that prior to setting them down. Otherwise on avrage people would close the magazine and set the magnifyinglass aside. Secondly these two objects where set down together on the table so that the reader could pick up them easily again. And lastly on the magazine it is not closed like one would expect if the owner was not going to be coming back to it soon, mush like the watch. Next let us talk about the Notepad.
Image

Because this object is next to the magazine we might be able to guess that is was used to make notes from the magazine however this is unlikely. The things we can observe from it is that it is warn almost open witch means it was either recently used or it was used very often and is bend that way by that very use. Because we can not read what is in it and there is not writing utensil next to it we can not come to many conclusions about it. The last object on the table is the scissors, however there is no evidence that they where, or going to be used. Because it appears that the scissors had no intention that they were going to be used, we will skip over this object.

Lets shift our attention off of the desk slightly for a moment and observe one little detail that I personally find interesting. Let us look at the desk chair.

Image

If you look at the desk chair you can observe that it is pushed out from the desk at an angle. This angle and the distance it is pushed out is consistent with a person getting out of a chair in a semi rushed fashion. The chair, much like the all of the other objects on the table, suggests that the person was coming back shortly, or was interrupted while reading for an extended period.

Some of you are probably wondering what does this have to do with “The Even”, remember these pictures are pictures of how the objects where just before “The Event”. Or maybe even right when “The Event” happened, so these are key peaces of evidence for us to examine. What we are able to construe from the pictures and peaces of evidence I have presented. Is that “The Occupant” was reading right before “The Event” happened, and was either interrupted by something, or had to take care of something. But because we were not there, we can not say for certain what it was that happened. However we can look at more evidence to try to get a clearer picture of what was happening that that room on May the fourth, 1961, at 1:20 PM. The next picture I would like to bring up to you the readers attention is this.

{[ Photo ]}

This is a composite work from multiple shots taken of “The Polaroid” while it was at the site of the original motel. This is a picture of the occupant, one of the most revolutionary discoveries that we the object seekers have found, has quitted a lot of voices that said there was no occupant in room ten. However even with this photographic evidence many do not believe he exists, and that this is a forgery. I can not say for certain if this is not forged work, but it conforms to the state that many of the objects where in.

==================
Huge descovery
Look at the bottom right of this picture. Its "The Key" this is wher the key belongs.

I would take a more academic approach. Try to tell it more like the author of a dry history book would tell it. The flat tone of a scholarly work will contrast perfectly with the outrageous claims of the text.

Thanks for your input sir.

I was planning on doing something like that but then at the same time i was thinking maybe i should make it sound like a novice writing it. But i think after re-reading this again a more serious tone sounds more proper. Since this is something i actually want people here to enjoy here i will make it as official sounding as possible. Now i am running into one problem... should i mention the base concept of the objects? so in this fake world someone that has not heard of the objects would understand? Or should i write this like i know i am only going to get sales from people who know about the objects already? and maybe at the end mention the objects and that they have powers because of the event.

Well i have an update at home but i need to go through it a little more before posting it. because the changes are ratical i will not make the "Changes" Bold.

Well until i update or get another comment

Later

That is a tough problem. How do you report on something that people will automatically dismiss as delusional nonsense? I have read books that were written for that very purpose. The best approach seems to be to begin with the noncommittal observation that there are people who claim to have witnessed these things. First report on the observations without making any claims that they are valid, then gradually work your way into arguments that the observations are valid. It is a lot easier to convince people who have already begun to convince themselves.

I would write the book with the assumption that it might be read by anyone. Therefore you should start with fairly easy to follow observations and explanations and build into more sophisticated arguments (for the real scholars) later. Assume that your audience is the world. Take a look at The Holographic Universe.

Actually, after reconsidering the matter, maybe you should write it for an informed audience. Take the approach of these authors. They are dealing with something that most people have never even thought of.

I think i am going to go for the informed perspective. but maybe later come out with "a second book" and have it be a longer thing talking about the objects and event and everything that we know about the objects.

That way i do not have to start over yet.

That’s it. Write this for an audience that is far beyond questioning the validity of the subject and write with an academic tone. A good title might be The Current State of Knowledge on the Objects and the Event.

Hmmm.... that is good but maybe that might be a better title for the "next book"... i had thought about another idea for this one however so i will give you what i am thinking of tomorrow when i have more done plus i can always change the name later, but i really like that one. it's ok if i use that right if i decide to?

Absolutely. Use it. I certainly haven’t hesitated to use anything of yours! If I ever have an idea that I want to copyright and publish on my own, it probably won't be about TLR.

This is marginally better: The Current State of Knowledge Regarding the Objects and the Event.
