The Conroy Objects

I was rewatching the part with the film and noticed something. As Arlene closes the door you can see the Objects are still nailed to the outside. Then the camera pans away and back and they are gone.

Same with Kreutzfeld except in his case once Eddie and Joe enter the room you see the Objects in a small cluster on the bureau.

I asked Chris about this and here's what he said:

"This is a sharp catch. The idea was this was the Occupant's doing. There was a moment filmed for Night 3 where the Occupant ripped the Objects off the door, but in editing it was felt that it broke the pace of that big moment. I don't think anyone has caught it until now."

Discuss...

I was emoticon about that fact and I found a possible answer with my friend, you can´t see the occupant taking the objects because the big flash of light from the inside of the room dazzles him.

Ahh yes, but what about during the original Conroy experiement? Was Eddie in the room and he reached out, grabbed the Objects then, what? Took them back inside? If so, how did they get back out? How did the Order end up with the Watchbox when Arlene was supposedly holding it while she vanished?

I think it´s pretty bizarre that Eddie was in the room at the conroy experiment. I dont understand it at all.
Maybe in a quantic-stress moment Eddie (like an object) do weird stuff.
I think Eddie knows more than we know...

I would venture to guess that since Eddie is an Object whenever something "big" happens at Room 10 he is drawn to it to repair whatever damage has been caused.....possibly his connection to the other Objects causes him extreme duress when too many are brought together and its magnified by the room.

Maybe he was trapped inside the room and couldn't get out until Arlene took his place?

Good theory, but if Eddie can´t get out of the room until someone takes his place who removed the objects out of the room?

He couldn't have been trapped in the room because he left to visit his wife Mabel and gave her the picture.

Re: The Conroy Objects

As far as the objects becoming distributed, my theory is that early on when Eddie went a little crazy and became fearful of the objects, he began opening up the door to the room without thinking of anywhere (thus random doors began opening around the world) and he began tossing objects out of the room to get them away from him.

The objects are thus distributed all over the place for people to subsequently find and collect.
