Wait a minute...
So you guys actually believe there are room objects with divine properties?
Or is it just role-playing that you do?
Or are there really objects out there that are magical? And the show was a way to get the word out or something?
Sorry... just  as to some of the topics on this board.
I might have an object. But I can't really say too much... I still think they are best left alone as the attention used on magic objects is usually based on control and jealousy. I rather be free...

Heya
No, we do not actually believe the Objects are magical in real life. And no, we do not even role-play... well some might, but most of us just enjoyed the show and we are now collecting real life items, object props, that are same as the ones used in the show.
When we talk about The Object powers, debate about Object laws etc. we are just sharing our personal opinions about the show world. Mostly speculations, but we do have our fair share of backstage information provided by the creators of the show.
Compare us to Star Trek or Star Wars fans, we are Lost Room Fans sharing our passion to the show.

I was getting all excited that these objects might be real. 
Yeah, I'm die hard Trekkie too. Have every show ever made.
I also have the Lost Room shows in 720p resolution but they have stupid chinese sub-titles on there.
I hope there is a blu-ray version coming. 
hey, I got to read some of the Lost Room Fiction btw. I really enjoyed it. There a lot of stuff on there. Can't wait to read more stuff.

I like to think of us as the nexus between the purely fantasy aspect of the show and the less plausible aspect of magical paraphernalia. The objects from the show are pure fantasy. Yet, we have obtained identical vintage items complete with patent and serial numbers, and the pursuit of those items has been similar to the experience of the cabals featured in the miniseries. There is a definite Jungian aspect to the show and the objects that were chosen for the show, and more than one of us has made inexplicable observations. Nevertheless, we are nothing like a coven or religious cult.
