Eddie could have watched it in his hotel and been inspired to Try Something Unwise. Maybe there were even other people pulling the vanishing act. If enough people found themselves deleted from reality, they could form a support group!nondisclosed_email@example.com (Syncretic)Wed, 19 Dec 2007 18:11:37 +0000 Re: Side thought subject (Twilight Zone Parallel story)https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p2850,from=rss#post2850https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p2850,from=rss#post2850There is an episode of The Twilight Zone called And When the Sky Was Opened. It is another parallel to TLR. I just realized that tonight when it happened to be on. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Spikosauropod)Wed, 19 Dec 2007 05:10:15 +0000 Re: Side thought subject (Twilight Zone Parallel story)https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1513,from=rss#post1513https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1513,from=rss#post1513My hypothesis rules! Maybe he was on a scavenger hunt himself. That certainly opens the door to a wide range of unexplored possibilities. Should we move this string to the “The Order” section? nondisclosed_email@example.com (Spikosauropod)Mon, 27 Aug 2007 11:39:53 +0000 Re: Side thought subjecthttps://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1031,from=rss#post1031https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1031,from=rss#post1031That could be a great question for someone who hasn't posted one yet for Chris. *nudge, nudgenondisclosed_email@example.com (paulv70)Mon, 27 Aug 2007 10:07:16 +0000 Re: Side thought subjecthttps://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1030,from=rss#post1030https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1030,from=rss#post1030WOW !! The sites that describe these things nearly always include that kind of information and not one of them suggests an earlier version.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Spikosauropod)Sat, 25 Aug 2007 14:05:58 +0000 Re: Side thought subjecthttps://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1022,from=rss#post1022https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1022,from=rss#post1022Sweet! I believe it was an old episode and then was remade into a new one. It definitely exists. I will try to find it. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Spikosauropod)Fri, 24 Aug 2007 22:38:44 +0000 Side thought subject (Twilight Zone Parallel story)https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1017,from=rss#post1017https://bthecollectors.runboard.com/p1017,from=rss#post1017Alrighty people, this is something I have thought of from time to time. I seem to remember an old black and white episode of The Twilight Zone or it might have been The Outer Limits, but it was along those lines. Anyway, the episode was about some old guy that had to collect everyday item, or objects, to build this machine that apparently kept the universe together. Now I could be wrong and there is no episode and this is all in my head. Which is strangly frightening and comforting at the same time. The point being, yes I've managed to swing this incredible bulk of a post around, it just seems similair to The Lost Room. Has anyone seen or even heard of an episode like that?nondisclosed_email@example.com (toddcross)Fri, 24 Aug 2007 22:20:05 +0000
