Re: The Bus Ticket

It would seem to me that the tape on the bus ticket goes past the bus ticket, here are some screen shots.

Yeah, nice spot, looks like it lines up with the mid wheel panel. Is this uniform throughout every version of the ticket or just in a few shots?

I'm pretty sure all of them. These were just the shots that were clear enough to tell.

Here's my Bus Ticket. Just download the front and back and print out using a color printer on card stock paper. Use a hole punch to punch out the number 3, add Duct tape and distress.

I use weak tea to fade it, let that dry and then use damp coffee grounds to create the stains but I'd be curious to see what you guys can do with it.

That is undoubtedly the image that was used.

I suspect that when our own copy of the ticket was made, someone found that same image, but I have never seen it before. It is an important contribution.

Re: The Bus Ticket

Glad to be of service. I am having way too much fun and way too little sleep. Did a allnighter.
Here is our bus in a period [sign in to see URL] bus is traveling north south. Seems there is a
tiny town Yucca on route 66, thus Yucca Transit. Working on the nine stops on the bus line.

Just got email from a bus guy in LA he wrote:
pgl stands for pacific greyhound lines and k-492 is the bus vehicle number the bus is a pd 3751 or pd 4151 made in 1947 and [sign in to see URL] difference was 37 seats and 41 seats. The 3751 had a restroom in the back which eliminated a few seats, the 4151 had no rest room. Pacific Greyhound Lines was the largest of all the Greyhound operating companies, with more than 1,000 buses on routes along the West Coast and as far east as Salt Lake City and El Paso.
