From AZ || Gypsy Eyes

It's just after 1:00 AM here in Arizona & I've been looking through this forum for about days just seeing what this place was really about. I must admit it's much better than I originally thought it was going to be. Normally, fansites & forums (at least the ones I have been to) the people who worked on the set aren't involved with making posts themselves. So, kudos and *golf claps* to the crew members on here. It was a pleasant surprise to see the set photos in here.

Well, I watched "The Lost Room" last year on SciFi (when it originally aired I wasn't in the states) and I was pretty much hooked on it. The concept was brilliant and very creative. The acting was amazing. The lighting and special effects were so believable for me as well.

It was two actors that really caught my eye when I first started watching the 1st episode. I remember it was early morning and I had nothing planned for the day, so I ended up watching this mini-series. I saw Roger Bart (Weasel) and I was hooked right then; I remember his performance in "Hostel 2" and "The Producers" (remake). And Dennis Christopher was the other actor that drew me in as well. He's from one of my favorite movies of all time "It" and, well, yah, I had to watch this. Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed. hehehe.

Unfortunately, I live in an area where the closest thing I have to a video store is Blockbuster & Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart closest to me doesn't have the DVD's and this is definitely a show I want to buy. Also what sucks, I can't order it online. Not to tell my "oh-woe-is-me" story in too much detail, I am one of the perfect examples of the crashing economy right. So, I am saving up and keeping this show on my DVR till them. ^_^ I can't wait!!! lol

My favorite object is most definitely THE BUS TICKET!!! Wally was the perfect character to be given that object too, he was my favorite character as well. Usually the comical characters are my favorite, so it's not really a surprise that he's my favorite. I would probably do the same thing that Wally did with the bus ticket if I were given such an object.

Well, that is me...Gypsy Eyes...and I love this forum already. It's now 1:20 AM and I think I should try out this thing called sleep. My friends tell me about it and I just don't know what it is...that's my insomnia joke for the day.
^_^
Ciao for now.

***UPDATE***
I forgot to say that my name is Tai.
hehehe.

Hi Gypsy. We're glad you found us.

Have you looked on eBay? There are plenty of copies of TLR on there.

Welcome Gypsy.

You are nocturnal like me. I’m sure a lot of people have logged onto the forum at 4:00 AM and wondered why I am here.

Welcome to the forums it's always nice to have someone enthusiastic like you here. and we are very lucky to have Chris and people who worked on the project post here.

If you can make it to comic con this year I'm going to be interviewing Chris, Laura and possibly Paul and maybe some other people. And the more fans we have at comic con this year maybe we can get it noticed. When it gets closer i can let you know when we will be having the interview so maybe you can meet up with us all and talk to everyone.

And I hardly sleep at all there is just to much to do on the internet. haha. And so much to prepare for. normally i'm up until 3-4:30 CA time. so its not abnormal.
