This ARRCO deck of cards with one joker (?) is on ebay. It doesn't have the red "plastic coated" on it, like the one in the catalogue, but it sounded like the debate is still open about that. Sorry if steering anyone in the wrong direction!
OR...
4 jokers with red printing:

Re: The Cards
This reminds me of something I've been wondering: The Deck of Cards shown in the opening credits displays a joker that appears to have a linen texture common to a lot of playing cards, but pictures that have been posted of people's cards appear to have a smooth finish (or at least the texture is not apparent.) Which is correct? Was a different Deck of Cards shot for the opening credits?

Re: The Cards
The deck of cards prop is so improvised that there is no telling what was done. It is clearly two different brands of cards, Remembrance and Arrco, sewn together to create a single prop. It is possible that part or all of it was duplicated. There is no telling what materials were used.

Re: The Cards
These playing cards are not as coveted as they were before we figured out how the card deck was made. In any case, here are three decks with the correct joker card:

Re: The Cards
Good job finding those.
The Nudie version tends to sell for a lot. $50-$100.

And here is the Arrco deck:
