So. It is legal for us to have badges. It would be in a collection or exhibit.
But it's still not an official OBJECT, so I guess it's moot anyway.

I once came across a load of FBI badges, wallets and revolvers for sale at my deactivated weapons supplier, in the mid 80s, but they were a licenced UK armoury. What's now illegal in the US isn't elsewhere.
