Re: Spikosaur Collection
As we all know, no one has ever seen the ruler. Also, there is this mystery object that has never been identified.
My take on the mystery object is that it is the ruler. However, I also believe it to be a slide rule.
This particular slide rule is exactly the right size and shape and has both an inch and centimeter scale on the side.

Re: Spikosaur Collection
its a nice conclution it apears to be very plausable. i might just have to see if there is enough information in a screen shot for my freind to enhance to see what that object is.

Re: Spikosaur Collection
Hi G-Man. I have these pictures that I am ready to send to you. I only included ones that came out fairly well and that I thought contributed something. Do I just post them on the new forum you created?

Re: Spikosaur Collection
The new forums we will take care of once they are up and running with everyone on it. but if you could upload them to the FTP site so i can drag all the files from my ftp to edit that would be best. But its good that they are here for now.
I don't like haveing to "right-click" > save as > (find the folder > save and repeat for every picture. so if they are in my ftp site all i have to do is hit one button to download them to my pc

Re: Spikosaur Collection
I got to say after taking another look at that stuff you posted you seem to be acurate with what you collect. the eye is right and the iron. but we don't know what the clips shape is on the rabbits foot. but i think the knife, sicsors and radio are perfect as well.

Re: Spikosaur Collection
I got really lucky on the eye. Someone posted a sale for a genuine vintage full orbital glass eye that they found in the ground near an old optometrists office. You are right about the rabbit’s foot, but I don’t know how we could come any closer. The image from the vault just doesn’t have enough resolution. On things like the rabbit’s foot, we will want to qualify the description quite a bit so that readers understand that the image is speculative.

Re: Spikosaur Collection
We as "The Collectors" are going to put together a Catalogue of all the objects. Now since we want this to be a community effort i have created some forums specifically for the development of this catalogue so everyone knows what pictures we are going to be using (and can complement or submit there own), what layout we are thinking of, and how the Catalogue is going to be. I am still setting up the forums and me and Spikosauropod are working on how we want this to go. But these forums are going to be specifically for this catalogue.
Hope that answered your question.
